Meet our Founder
Incluu was founded by Dr. Dédé Tetsubayashi (she/they), a Cornell University educated social scientist and technologist with over two decades of experience in promoting equitable outcomes at the intersection of ethical technology and social justice across the U.S., APAC, and African markets. Dr. Tetsubayashi has partnered with organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, all with the shared goal of fostering a more equitable and ethical future in technology.
Fluent in seven languages, Dr. Tetsubayashi was born with a life-threatening disability, in the West African nation of Togo and raised in the Northeast and Midwest regions of the United States. They have lived in Japan, Germany, and the UK, and currently reside in the Bay Area with their partner, birth mother, adopted mother, and sister-in-love. Dr. Dédé is a global citizen with a deep appreciation for the richness of diversity and a keen understanding of how various aspects of identity intersect.
